Dr. Karen Singer is a board certified plastic surgeon who graduated Magna Cum Laude with Highest Honors from Harvard University. After earning her medical degree from Harvard Medical School, Dr. Singer trained in general surgery at Roosevelt Hospital in NYC, followed by specializing in plastic surgery at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. Dr. Singer combines this formal training with an artist’s eye for form, proportion, design, and symmetry, whether making noticeable changes or subtle refinements to her patients’ appearance. Dr. Singer is a native of New York and now resides in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is an accomplished ballroom dancer, who competes in some of the nation’s major competitions. She has won top awards and earns recognition both statewide and nationally. “Plastic surgery is a natural extension of my love for art and beauty. Combining the science of medicine and the art of surgery, like dance, requires a multifaceted approach to achieve beautiful outcomes. I love plastic surgery because you see results.
