James H. Kern, M.D. has focused his surgical practice of medicine in the field of Cosmetic, Laser and Gynecological Surgery for more than 20 years. His ongoing commitment to being a creative and caring surgeon allows him to grow and make advances in aesthetic medicine as a leader in the most advanced and innovative treatments at Image Enhancement Center. Dr. Kern has been performing major laser-assisted abdominal and gynecological surgeries for more than 20 years. His knowledge and expertise led him to add next-generation laser technologies and techniques to his practice, including SmartLipo™. He has an extensive background in facial Fat Grafting and other rejuvenation techniques, utilizing the latest laser and pulsed light technologies, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy and other FDA-approved treatments including: BOTOX, Dysport, Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Radiesse and Artefill. He is also trained and practiced in the latest techniques in spider vein and leg vein removal. Dr. Kern expanded his practice to help patients learn how advances in minimally invasive surgical techniques may offer safer, more comfortable options to traditional surgery. He has undergone specific and advanced training in Laser Lipolysis, Fat and Stem Cell Transfer and Liposculpture. He has further undergone specific training in ultrasonic lipolysis and body-shaping techniques. Dr. Kern also assists patients with advanced cosmetic gynecological and vaginal restorative procedures as well as traditional gynecology, wellness and weight loss treatment.
