About Scott Gulinson

Dr. Scott Gulinson is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

In 2008, Dr. Gulinson founded the Millennium Laser and Aesthetics Center in Glendale, Arizona. He is a fully trained and Board Certified Women's Healthcare expert in and has been in practice since 1999 in the Valley of the Sun. He has spent a large part of his professional medical career delivering thousands babies - and experiencing unparalleled reward and gratification. In recent years, Dr. Gulinson became interested in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic procedures as another way to help women look and feel their best. He followed his passion and received advanced training in liposuction, body contouring, Smartlipo and Laser lipo technologies, prolapse surgeries and urinary incontinence surgery in addition to newer procedures, such as: aesthetic elective female genital surgeries - including Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora and the Labia Majora, Vaginal Tightening and Rejuvenation, Prepuce Reduction Perineoplasty and Hymenal Reconstruction.

Millennium Laser and Aesthetics Center also offers other body and face procedures, including: Velashape cellulite reduction, anti-aging peels and light therapy treatments for youthful skin rejuvenation of your face, neck and decollete with our Intense Pulsed Light Treatments, Radiofrequency Pelleve skin treatments and more. Dr Gulinson's Millennium Laser and Aesthetics Center is the first medspa offering Pelleve in all of Arizona. This incredible skin treatment was featured on Dr OZ, The Doctors, Good Morning America and other prime time Health shows.
