Dr. Moustafa Ali, owner and operator of SpaNoor Medical Spa and Laser Center is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the American College of OB-GYN, the American College of Surgeons and a member of the International College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cairo. He has been a respected member of the medical community in the Fall River area for over 30 years. Dr. Moustafa's passion and dedication to aesthetic procedures and cosmetic surgery led him to develop a successful practice to help patients look and feel their best.
