From subtle reshaping and noticeable enhancements to dramatic reconstruction, board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Fernando Serra specializes in multiple aesthetic, cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures of the face, breasts and body , such as: Smartlipo™, body contouring, breast augmentation, reconstruction and reduction, laser skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, anti-aging treatments, wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers.

Dr. Serra and his staff bring together a unique combination of professionalism, compassion, expertise and innovative procedures for the individual interested in self-improvement. Dr. Serra spent his life is Bushnell, Florida. After graduating from South Sumter County High School as class Valedictorian, Dr. Serra participated in the prestigious Junior Honors Program at the University of Florida, a seven year combined B.S.-M.D. Program. After completing his M.D. in 1992, Dr. Serra then completed his six-year plastic surgery residency at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

In 1998, Dr. Serra founded Central Florida Plastic Surgery with offices in Leesburg and Clermont. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
