John Bergeron, MD was born in Galveston, Texas and graduated Valedictorian of San Marcus Baptist Academy. He attended Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree and completed Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.

Dr. Bergeron is the founder of Houston Weight Loss & Lipo Centers. He has been offering minimally invasive cosmetic procedures at his medical spa since 2004. He has a personal interest in SmartLipo™ (Laser liposuction) and Medical Weight Loss. Dr. Bergeron was one of the first Doctors in the country to be trained and performing SmartLipo™.
