Dr. Asare received his medical school education at Vinnitsa Medical Institute in Ukraine (at that time part of the Soviet Union). He completed his internship in General Surgery at the College of Physicians and Surgeons Columbia University, Harlem Campus and then a residency training in Internal Medicine at the Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn.

After several years of practicing Medicine, Dr. Asare decided to change career direction. He underwent special training in Cosmetic Surgery with special emphasis on minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. He received special training in laser assisted tumescent liposuction using SmartLipo™ and power assisted liposuction techniques.

Dr Asare is highly experienced, very dedicated Cosmetic Surgeon, with special interest in minimally invasive cosmetic surgery. He has special interest in laser liposuction and laser assisted male breast reduction surgery.

Dr. Asare is an active member of many prominent organizations including the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians, American College of Physicians, American Society of Liposuction Surgery, American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, and the International Society of Cosmetic and Laser Surgeons to name just a few.
